The cover highlights the iconic image of Jackie Robinson in his Montreal uniform, standing outside the Brooklyn Dodgers clubhouse in 1947. He broke the Major League Baseball color barrier on April 15th of that season. Robinson was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962.
