4 Course Dinner for 6 Dinner for 6 prepared by Chef Tamie Cook. Tamie will prepare a 4 course dinner to be served at John and Karen Hannula's beautiful Dunwoody home, for you and 5 of your best friends. Chef Tamie will work with winning bidder to develop a custom menu that is seasonal and delicious. Sample Menu: (Actual menu may vary) -Southern Producer’s Cheese and Charcuterie Board featuring Local Cheese and Charcuterie items -US Farm Raised Catfish Ceviche w/Local Watermelon Radishes and Butter Lettuce -Pecan Herb Crusted Trout, Boiled Peanut and Butterbean Ragout, and Savory Riverview Farm Grits -Buttermilk Panna Cotta w/Strawberry Preserves and Candied Ginger (Actual menu to be determined with winning bidder.) Dinner to take place at a mutually agreed upon date and time, excluding holidays. Special diet requests will be considered, but may not be possible.
