Wooster, Ohio: A beautiful 1920s era, three bedroom, one bath house in a charming town in northeastern Ohio, about an hour south of Cleveland. Beautiful, peaceful farmland is fifteen minutes away. The heart of Amish country, with restaurants, shops, antiques, etc. is thirty minutes away. Great areas for hiking and canoeing are within 10-30 minutes. Walkable to restaurants downtown, parks, and The College of Wooster. 1. Reservation must be made directly with Kim or Robert Daugherty at catalystrealty@mindspring.com. 2.Reservation is subject to availability and must be used within one year from the auction date. The auction listing is for a two night stay during midweek (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights) and may not be available during holidays and special events. 3.All guests must follow the house rules including no smoking (of anything, and no vaping) and no loud parties. Pets are not allowed.
