Savannah: A four bedroom, two bath house in the downtown historic district, a five minute walk to City Market and an eight minute walk to River Street. This house is 200 years old and has lots of authentic historic character. Walkable to Forsyth Park and the squares, museums, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. in downtown Savannah. 1.Reservation must be made directly with Kim or Robert Daugherty at catalystrealty@mindspring.com. 2.Reservation is subject to availability and must be used within one year from the auction date and may not be available during holidays and special events. 3. All guests must follow the house rules including no smoking (of anything, and no vaping) and no loud parties. Pets are not allowed.

A note from Saint Mark United Methodist Church of Atlanta: Our online auction is raising money to support our LGBTQ+ Pride in St Mark UM Church.
